CHARACTER: Sasuke Sagami ([personal profile] not_that_sasuke)

ORIGINAL: He pretty much looked like this except in some casual, around the house clothes as opposed to uniform. 5'4", probably not eating enough, and not... totally fit, although he did a rather good job of hiding as much. He was quiet, but more or less willing to try to build trust with everyone. Since the name of the game is escape, that's what he was working towards, even though he had no memories of what lays out there waiting for him. It had to be better than being stuck in here, right?

PHYSICAL CHANGES: He still looks basically the same; he hasn't gotten any injuries bad enough to leave any scars, and he hasn't grown so much as an inch yet. Still pretty thin, but he has actually started eating regularly so he's much healthier in that regard, even if it isn't visibly very noticeable. His hair is a little longer now, but he does try to keep clean even if it means braving the cold water of the garden waterfall. Brr. He's also more or less permanently swapped to these clothes.

MENTAL CHANGES: He's a lot more wary of people than before; Simon's betrayal hit him pretty hard. While he'll still default to ally every single time, he now has a higher expectation that he'll be betrayed. He trusts Heiji, Hershel, and Snake the most not to turn out to be actual secret psychopaths but if they or anyone else did he'd try not to be too disappointed.

He's also beginning to wonder about just what kind of life he led before he came here-- it's worrying that he knows how to wield a knife the way he does, and he's pretty much reached the conclusion that it has to do with assassinations or something similar. He isn't so sure he wants to remember, but he does feel like he should, if only to have a better awareness of his own ingrained reflexes so no one gets hurt around him. Not really certain what to make of his memories of his brother, either; he seems like kind of an asshole so far, but maybe??? It's just brotherly teasing????

Being around the other test subjects has surprisingly kept him from going too deeply into very intense self-loathing so far; the fact that people seem to still generally trust him and find him okay even after the knife incident actually means a lot to him, go figure. It's also because of this that he still refuses to pick up anything sharp because ahaha nope let's not repeat that.

In general, he's still not entirely sure what to make of the part where people are actually concerned about his well being, but he's trying to get better about... well, reassuring them he's alright at least. He still keeps most of his pains and worries to himself; it's a slow process.

ANYTHING ELSE: The AU circumstances are different, but here's the deal with his birthday.
