REACTION: FINALLY, HEIJI'S RIDICULOUS HOARDING BEHAVIOR IS ABOUT TO PAY DIVIDENDS

The first ten hours, Heiji will be spending testing out the robots, getting rotten meat/flares and such from the vending machines, and working out strategies. He will also be sneaking around and visiting various rooms to map out their layout because you gotta know the battlefield to do battle, right?

When the lights go out, Heiji will be pretty well-off when it comes to navigating the rooms and will be seeking out Snake, who... yeah, is probably pretty good at operating in the dark.

While what's happening is scary, lbr Heiji has pretty much been waiting his entire life for this.
PLANS: So basically, I have a bunch of crazy ideas for this event and I'll just list them out for interested parties:
Theater: I'd like to do something with the stage lights, hiding among the seats, and using the ropes to tangle a robot up, maybe lift one up in the air to disable it if we can make that work.
Cafeteria: Um, hiding in the cafeteria Jurassic Park style?
Gallery: USE THE ANGRY STATUE TO ATTACK A ROBOT. TRAPS, YAY.
Music Room: idk but there needs to be creepy accidental someone hitting the keys. Cheap scares!
Infirmary: There sure are a lot of knives in this room... Maybe something with the dolls, idk yet
Confinement Room: I totally want to lock one of the robots in a cell using scavenged rope.
Garden: Luring a robot close enough to the water so that it can be submerged and shorted out.
Incinerator: IT'S THE PERFECT OPPORTUNITY TO INCINERATE A ROBOT

Things Heiji has, things I'm explicitly planning to have him use in this event:

• Thermal gloves
• Shovel with wooden handle (good for electrical insulation!)
• Knives
• Shinai
• Souvenir leaves from Charley the potted plant
• Sewing kit
• Trombone/trombone case

Jake is... well, Jake. I'm guaranteeing you that he's going to fight a robot before he knows it's a Bad Idea. He's a real showoff when pulling melee moves too, so he'll be doing any one of those with robots. But after getting shocked from one and having a new burn, heee probably will go for the less direct approach of throwing it and probably play it smart, and when I mean smart, I mean find a weapon he can use to beat the shit out of one instead.

But no seriously he might also camp it out once there's more than one and nothing really works. Especially when it's dark, just going to play it smart and try to get through it with as little trouble. He just doesn't really like waiting and doing nothing...

PLANS:

Besides punching robots... I'd really like him to pair up with someone who can plan things out and Jake just carries them out, use his dumb muscles for something. Just some kind of teamwork will be really nice, where he actually listens for once. If anyone is having their character tossed in an elevator, Jake can certainly get on board to breaking them out as well.

Also, it's probably not the best time for this, but tons of looting. Looting things that might come in handy, looting things that might come in handy later, looting things to just piss Calhoun off, you know, that kind of stuff... It's cool if he steals yet another couch, right? It's good to barricade doors (and keep them for the future).

Other than that, I don't have any set plans!

ANYTHING ELSE:

I am currently in Korea on vacation! So my tagging is going to be sporadic so I'm really sorry ahead of time. I am totally game for backtagging, though!

Oh, I also forgot but Jake's condition is... well, not the best. It's been a few days, but his right hand is still pretty fucked up, so he won't be using it very much. The same goes for his arm and right side of his torso, so he'll using his non-dominant side, his left. Yeah, he'll still get into fights, but this is certainly a thing.

haha yes okay so my idea because apparently i'm too good for aim or something, i want them to use the gallery to beat one of the robots, i was thinking at one point if they could trigger one of the statue traps properly it would end up grabbing one of the robots and basically holding it in place, which would give them a chance to make like tie it up more somehow or just give jake a chance to grab it in a way where it can't grab them or fight back.

I'm not sure what they'd do from there, maybe throw it into a painting and hope the trap there finishes it off but i want that, let's do that.

REACTION: whoops forgot this- he'll handle it pretty well honestly, he'll be freaked at first but once it comes down to oh we need to have plans and be smart about this it'll be easy for him to ignore that and go into okay this is a puzzle we must solve mode. basically he'll be fine as long as he isn't caught, no promises if he is because fuck that elevator shit

PLANS: Probably going to have him accidentally buy Sleepy Cat and just sigh at wasting 60 coins. Other than that I want to do a lot, I'd love to do some goofy benny hilling away from robots, I'd love to have him get stuck in a puzzle room when the doors start closing randomly, I'd love to have tree climbing and just staring down trying to figure out how the hell to get the robot circling to go away. I'm definitely up for any robot defeats or near misses or even getting captured if anyone wants to do shit like that.

Heiji, shinai fighting them definitely. Oh I'd also love to do a team effort of something like a rescue or beat up a robot so if anyone wants in on that let's do it, rah rah survival horror.

REACTION: At first he's going to be kind of freaked out but it won't take him too long to get over it and start messing up some robots, hell yeah.
PLANS:
During the first ten hours I don't have anything specific planned for him, really; I'll probably just have him help people mess with the robots and come up with strategies and shit. The important part is that after the lights go out, CLIVE IS GETTING CAPTURED. Probably within the first few minutes of the lights going out, whoops. Once he's in the elevator he's going to send a robot after Zelos (not sorry buddy), but people are more than welcome to try to rescue him in case Zelos doesn't get caught or whatever. Depending on how that goes he may be making many more trips to the elevator before this is over...

tl;dr he's going to be a damsel in distress in the dark but before then he's open to all kinds of shenanigans! /o/

ANYTHING ELSE: I have a bio exam tomorrow that I haven't even begun to study for yet and an essay due this Friday so I'm probably going to be slower than usual because of that!! I also apologize for the lack of a gif because I can't be bothered to look one up rn.

REACTION: Well, crap. Snake will be moving all along, trying not to fight something that seems very dangerous.

First ten hours: Will probably be spent reorienting himself to all the open rooms and their strengths and weaknesses and getting a few flares. He can swat knives out of the air but he is not fighting zombies.

When the lights go out: That will not make a difference at all to Snake. However, it will make a difference to everyone ELSE so Snake might start gathering people up to get them to safety.
PLANS: Snake is willing to take people to safety in the dark since he will become the best navigator. Since they'll probably need to keep moving, he'll also work with other groups for defense.

ANYTHING ELSE: Anything goes here! Snake has a knife and a pianka. Although he would be willing to play a tune to draw a zombie near.

I think it would be neat to have Heiji get into a situation where he can't actually easily navigate things from memory, like in the cafeteria if people messed up the layout of the chairs, or the theater if a bunch of robots messed the seats up (PROBABLE, after Hershel and Heiji are done with them). I would be happy to have Snake guide Heiji around and shush him when he complains and also awkward closeness?

REACTION: VERY QUIET ALARM as he does. Survival mode for Sasuke essentially means going into full sneak mode. He won't be aiming to engage them unless he has to, but if he does he'll try to deal with them cleverly instead of taking them head on because lol scrawny ninja kid.

PLANS: For the first ten hours he's probably going to be raiding as many rooms as he thinks he possibly can for useful supplies - totally grabbing that arm in the piano and leaving it somewhere so the bots go after that instead, by the by. If for some reason it would come in handy he could probably be talked into sharing vending machine items if you're teaming up with him or wanna swap cool stuff or something idk he's a doormat you can take some of his stuff. This is also a great time to talk him into taking down robots if you want to do that thing.

Once the power is off, if anyone wants to run into him because he is being a SNEAKY SNEAKY LITTLE SNEAK who can hardly be heard I am so up for that, he's super quiet, I'm so not sorry. Otherwise he'll be laying low for the most part and moving only when he absolutely has to.

Also very tentative because I just woke up and I don't know what I want except for generally ALL THE THINGS but it would be cool to have him involved in a rescue attempt whether it's as a damsel or rescuer and if it's from the elevators or even maybe in the process of someone getting caught while he's around?? I am cool with all of the things let's do cool zombiebot stuff.

REACTION: NOPE. What the hell is this haunted house style bullcrap? Kuzuryuu's not going to be having the greatest time. He doesn't like normal haunted houses and he sure isn't going to like this. Probably won't be messing with the robots a whole lot, actually. Mostly he's going to be trying to avoid them and using any means he can to do so.

PLANS: He is GOING to eat a squid stick, dammit.

That's really all that matters.

Uh but, in seriousness, he's not going to be trying to screw with the robots much. More than likely he'd be trying to figure out how to get the rotting meat and flares to work for him in order to keep them away. Which isn't to say that he wouldn't fight them if he absolutely had to, but overall he thinks it's better not to mess around with them too much because the entire goal is just to survive for 23 hours. And he's not too curious about the robots in the first place. They're spooky and this is completely different from having to deal with people trying to kill you and he doesn't like it.

Anyway, so the point is he'll be around testing a few avoidance techniques out, flares and rotten meat and such. Other than that he's going to be hiding and in general trying to keep out of sight, so he'll be very unhappy if he gets involved with shenanigans.

(So obviously he should get involved with shenanigans.)

TLDR; Kuzuryuu is going for the green ending, I guess.

So one of the things I was going to have Heiji do was lure a robot into a Confinement Room cell and secure it closed with some rope/something solid to prop the door closed, I don't know if you'd be interested in that but I'd like to do something with Kuzuryuu in any case!

Under the bed might also be a good hiding place for someone locking themselves into a cell once the lights are out, depending on how smart the robots are...

REACTION: Mild panic b/c whoa those robots are alive but after that surprisingly chill. Not happy about that elevator thing, though.
PLANS: THE FIRST TEN HOURS: Zelos will be trying to avoid the robots whenever possible, and won't actively engaged unless threatened.

He'll be using the puzzle rooms and locations he's familiar with to bunker down and make traps to catch the robots when they approach, but will probably avoiding anywhere he's unfamiliar with.

WHEN THE LIGHTS GO OUT: He's going to continue with his plan from before except for this time he'll be sticking super closely to the areas he knows well.

About halfway through, thanks to a certain chocolate-beer loving test subject, he'll be caught by the skeletons and stuck in one of the elevators. He'll spend the first hour or so banging on the walls and trying to find a way out, after which he'll stop giving a shit and give the monitor the name of another test subject; probably Jake or Clive.

Zelos should send that robot after Clive so he can get caught again and send one after Zelos again and the cycle just keeps repeating for the rest of the event and when it's finally over they yell at each other
